Las Vegas, Nevada
– Parler today welcomed Republican National Lawyers Association to the platform and thanked them for participating in the Transparency 2020 program.
In stark contrast to the brownout of election related information planned by other major platforms, Parler has pledged to allow unfiltered sharing of
election information both on November 3 and during the complete ballot counting process.
The Republican National Lawyers Association joins a growing list of experts, campaigns, journalists and organizations who plan to use Parler to make sure their message is heard without fear of being blocked, banned, muted or fact-checked from competitors like Facebook or Twitter.
Parler was founded in 2018 and has a community of over 4.2 million people. The platform is committed to free speech, does not mine or sell data, and does not curate content based on politics or ideology. Parler continues to stand with the People and against Technoauthoritarianism.
“We’re glad to have the Republican National Lawyers Association join the conversation on Parler both before and after election day,” said Parler CEO John Matze. “Republicans, Democrats and Independents deserve a free and open Public Square where they can talk to voters without agenda-driven content curators getting in the way. We’re proud they are participating and look forward to the discussion.”
“The Republican National Lawyers Association is happy to join Parler in their efforts to promote transparency during the 2020 Election Cycle,” said RNLA Executive Director Michael Thielen. “This is a crucial initiative coming at a time when other platforms are seeking to censor the information that the American people receive about elections and the voting process.”
